- When do I start paying?
- Your first 30 days are free. When you’re ready, choose a plan and add your card through Stripe, and you won’t be charged until the free month is up. If it’s not for you, don’t choose a plan and you won’t pay a penny.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- Never. You pay one flat monthly fee and we don’t take anything from what your customers pay you. If they pay by card, Stripe charges its usual fee.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, on Team and Business you can connect a domain you already own: .co.uk, .com or anything else. The domain itself isn’t included; you buy and renew it with any domain provider. Type it into your admin, add the two records we show you at your provider, and we set up the secure connection. Every plan also comes with a free yourcompany.thepolishedversion.com address.
- What if I want to leave?
- Cancel any time from your admin. No contract, no exit fee and no sales call trying to keep you. Download your bookings and customer list whenever you like.
